What are the wash instructions for my clothing item?

Hand wash in cold water. No fabric softeners or bleach. Line dry. Do not dry clean. Do not iron. 

How can I stay informed?

Following my Facebook VIP Group keeps you informed on when new fabric drops happen and what prints/colors will be available!

All sales are final and there are no refunds unless there is an error with your order upon arrival and we have discussed via facebook/email. 

NO CHANGES can be made to an order after placed due to the volume of orders received. 

 

I haven't received my item but tracking says it has been delivered? 

Unfortunately, I cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages. I prove tracking with every purchase, and thus can not help any further besides resending tracking information. I encourage you to contact your local USPS office. 

I am not responsible for replacing or refunding for the items. 

My package or product arrived damaged? 

Unfortunately I cannot be held responsible for damaged packages or damage to products that occurred during shipping. You can however contact the mail carrier and depending on the case they should be able to help you. If there is a defect, upon delivery, please contact me ASAP via email and I can discuss it with you.

Do you accept returns/exchanges? 

I have a NO refund NO cancellations policy unless something is wrong with your order upon arrival and we have discussed it via email. If an order does get refunded, but a shipping label has already been created, the shipping is non refundable.

Please contact me within 3 days of receiving your order if there is an issue. After the 3 days, I am not responsible to accept any exchanges and or refunds. Please contact eceboutiquevip@gmail.com before you ship your item for approval. If the order was my mistake I will send a return label via email. This will ensure that your exchange items make it to the proper place. 

Upon receipt of the products we will send the replacement, and or the right product.

  • ECE Boutique is not responsible for lost packages due to mistyped addresses or names.
  • ECE Boutique is not responsible for paying shipping for items returned to us because of incorrect addresses/ names. We will invoice for the cost of shipping the item a second time.
  • ECE Boutique is not responsible if you order the wrong size for your child/children. Sizing recommendations are listed on the products. Please follow these recommendations when ordering.
  • ECE Boutique cannot estimate exact delivery dates or times.
  • ECE Boutique does not guarantee shipping time via our carriers. Delays may occur.
